Rowenta Inc. Hires Somerville's Ginger Burr
as Spokesperson for Nationwide Tour
MEDFORD, Mass. — July 3, 2002 — Rowenta, the leading manufacturer of high-performance irons, has hired Somerville resident, Ginger Burr, as the company's new spokesperson. Burr, a notable speaker and leader in the field of fashion and style, will visit U.S. cities to promote the results of the company's recently released "business casual survey."
Burr has over fifteen years of experience in the image consulting industry and recognizes the importance of personal grooming and having a neatly pressed wardrobe. Burr, who has counseled thousands of men and women on personal appearance, will share her expertise with consumers and the media across the country during a nationwide tour.
Burr will visit 15 cities during the next four months to promote Rowenta irons and the business casual survey results. During the tour, Burr will focus on the importance of a neatly pressed appearance as well as ironing tips and techniques.
